What happens if I cancel or downgrade?
Nothing you've built gets deleted or held hostage. The wedding data is yours either way. If you move to Free, your guest list and everything you planned stay put; Barb just steps out of the room.
What does Barb actually do?
Barb is an AI coordinator wired into the wedding's live data. Beyond answering questions, she can add guests, adjust the budget, draft the ceremony, and build the day-of schedule. Connect Gmail and Google Drive and she can also check what a vendor emailed and draft the reply — you press Send. You approve; she does the typing.
Can I export my data?
Yes. The guest list exports to CSV any time, on every tier, and the day-of schedule has a print view and a shareable link. No lock-in theatrics.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Both give you Barb. Pro is Barb who talks: everyday planning chat, suggestions, questions answered. Max is Barb who reads — hand her your messy spreadsheets and vendor contracts and she turns them into a live wedding record — and who produces the backstage paperwork: vendor briefs, the guest logistics page, the handoff summary for your coordinator. Max also has four times the daily headroom, which matters more than it sounds: the bigger your wedding gets, the more Barb reads to answer each question.
Is there a limit on how much I can use Barb?
There's a daily ceiling on both paid plans, sized so ordinary planning never touches it — roughly 25 to 50 messages a day on Pro, 100 to 200 on Max. It resets every day, there's no overage charge, and nothing you've planned together is lost if you reach it. If you're regularly hitting the Pro ceiling, that's the honest signal to move to Max.
Can I switch tiers mid-planning?
Yes, either direction, any time. Monthly billing, no contract. Most couples subscribe through the planning window and cancel after the wedding. That's expected, not a loophole.
I'm a coordinator. Does my plan cover my clients' weddings?
No, and that's deliberate. Coordinator Pro is your subscription: Barb works across your whole book, on every wedding you run, for one flat $50 a month however many weddings that is. Your clients' own weddings have their own plans, so nothing you buy bills them and nothing they cancel takes Barb away from you.
